Forever Athlete - Zach Anderson

August 21, 2017

Forever Athlete, Zach Anderson has been putting in some serious work lately. Zach came into our North Houston training center back in March – and was ready to jump higher and run faster so he could be more competitive during his ultimate frisbee games, and while playing basketball and football. From day 1, Zach was committed to our programs as well as his nutritional plan and we consider him a pretty perfect example of a committed Forever Athlete.

Zach has cut down on total body fat as well as increasing his back squat by 30 pounds.  Science and stats plus sweat. Proof in the numbers that our programs work!

WHAT ZACH HAS TO SAY ABOUT TRAINING AT ATH:
The coaches definitely know what to do in order to teach, motivate and modify the programs according to anyone’s goal. The atmosphere is very energetic, team and family oriented.

ZACH‘S MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE:
“YOU NEVER FINISH IF YOU DON’T START!!”
