Home HIIT Workout with Coach JC Shivers

In honor of one of our favorite Forever Athletes, Theresa Garcia, we have an at-home workout so you can get blood flowing and move around a bit. Coach JC Shivers has a quick HIIT workout that requires zero equipment and only takes 15 minutes.

 

 

Here are your at-home exercises:

  • Reverse lunge
  • Abductor squat jump
  • Row Push Up
  • Tiger Push Up
  • Double V
  • Lateral Crunch and Kick

 

And remember — “Focus. It’s only going to hurt for a little while.”
