Q: What is ATH Rewards?
A: It's our new loyalty program that lets you earn points and redeem them towards account credits, free classes, personal training sessions and more! We've partnered with Perkville, who integrates seamlessly with our Membership software (MindBody) so most of your rewards are given automatically.
Q: How do I get started?
A: We'll send you an email once you're able to sign up. You'll create an account using the same email address as your ATH membership (this is very important).
Once we launch, you'll also automatically receive an opt-in email from Perkville after attending your next class. If you don't see the email check your spam folder and make sure to whitelist Perkville so that you are always informed of your points.
ATH's booking system and Perkville, our rewards platform, are fully integrated which means most of your reward activity is awarded automatically. A few rewards require you to check in with an ATH member services representative to claim your points. These rewards are noted on the dashboard.
Q: How much does Perkville cost?
A: Nothing! It's 100% free for ATH members.
Q: What do I earn points for and how will I know when I've earned them?
A: There are many ways you can earn points! For example, having a birthday 
, attending classes, referring ATH to friends/family, renewing your membership, raving about ATH on social media and completing your quarterly evaluation (to name a few). You’ll receive an email from Perkville each time you earn points. You can also easily track your points on your rewards dashboard.

A: ATH Rewards makes it easy to refer your friends to us! You can send them a free week pass through Perkville. Once they purchase a membership you'll automatically receive 500 points which can be redeemed for a $25 gift card or saved up to use towards other rewards.
