ATH Member Shares Her 60 Pound Weight Loss Journey

September 21, 2022

We spoke with ATH member, Quania Driver, about her health journey and how the Forever ATHlete program at Athlete Training and Health has impacted her life. Hear why Quania says, "I'm an ATH member for life."

"Since I've been here I’ve lost 62 pounds and I have been able to keep it off. No one knows this but I've had 5 weight loss surgeries and none of them helped. By this time, I would’ve gained half the weight back.

My name is Quania Driver. I’ve been at ATH for a year and 3 months. Just being here has really changed my life. I’m mobile; I’m able to move. I mean, I feel great. The coaches have helped me so much. Coach Whitney and Coach Damany were so patient with me when I came here. I didn’t feel like a fish out of water. I mean, they made me so comfortable and that’s what sold me.

I can’t wait to get here because I want to see my coaches, I want to see all the friends I’ve made in class, all the people that have helped me through this journey… I mean it’s just so exciting for me to be here.

I’m tired in the mornings but I still want to come because I see the results. I’m an ATH member for life."

🎉 Way to go Quania! We're so proud of you! 🎉
