RAMP (Warm Up)

- Knee Hugs 1 set 16 reps (8 each leg)
- Soldier March 1 set 16 reps (8 each leg)
- Quad Stretch 1 set 16 reps (8 each leg)

Calf Raises 1 set 20 reps
Ankle Hops 1 set 20 reps
Side Hops 1 set 20 reps (10 each side)
A Block
- A1-Body Weight Squats: 4 sets 10-15 reps
- A2-Push Ups: 4 sets 10-15 reps
B Block
- B1-Single Leg Glute Bridge: 4 sets 10-15 reps (each Leg)
- B2-Plank: 4 sets 20-30 seconds
C Block - CARDIO FINISHER:
6 MINUTE AMRAP=AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE
- Forward Lunge-10 total (5 each leg)
- Inchworms-10 total
- Mountain Climbers- 10 each leg (20 Total)
- Shoulder Taps- 10 each arm (20 total)
